Pinpointing Your Target

Pumping enables you to pinpoint your target for precision concreting. The truck is equipped with hydraulic boom functions, controlled by lever-actuated valves and combined with the articulation of multi-section design, allow precise control for concrete distribution that spreads without dumping. Precision control of the concrete pump is well documented by the countless underwater pours, where accuracy is critical. The pump is ideal for the construction industry which rely on accuracy and precision placement of pumped concrete.

As the premier tool for ready mix placement, the pump combines its efficiency with dramatic advancements in concrete technology. Superior mix designs enable the pumping of stiff or lean mixes, harsh aggregates, and high strength, lightweight designs that used to be considered nonpumpable.

Saving You Time and Labor

Pumping assures a steady, predictable flow of concrete that enables precise control at the batching source. Instead of a multiple crew of spreaders and finishers needed for dumped concrete, only one or two laborers are usually needed at the end of the concrete pumping line. Pumping quality concrete eliminates the split labor caused by dumping, resulting in a smooth flowing operation that maximizes labor.

Turnaround time on construction projects is shrinking as owners demand earlier occupancy. The pump enables more working days on unimproved sites, while saving wear and tear on ready mix trucks that can feed remotely positioned pumps.

Big Performer for Both Your
Small and Large Jobs

The benefits of concrete pumping are not limited to large jobs. Residential and light commercial builders, underground, agricultural and other small, specialty contractors are expanding their boundaries of profits and new revenues with the pump.

Trailer Pumps for subgrtade and flatwork pours can be remotely located for the pour site and extend their pipelines for hundreds of feet to the pour target. The advantages are obvious in rough or crowded areas where ready mix truck access is limited or even impossible. And with a trailer pump, the lengthly concrete deliver line can be directed by a single worker at the pour.

Our Pump Trucks positioned near the pour can unford their 3 or 4 section booms for extensions from the truck of 75 feet or go over the grade of foundation slab with a 370 degree radius.

CPM's Experienced Professionals have been involved in all forms of concrete placement from high rise buildings, to highway bridges, to multi-pump mass pours, to residential and grout work.
